FAQs

What insurances do you accept?

Allegiance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, United Healthcare, Medicaid. If you do not see your insurance listed, feel free to contact me to discuss options.

Do you also do talk therapy?

I firmly believe in the powers of play and that this is the best way to help children process and work through their problems and learn strategies to cope; however, I understand that play therapy is not the right fit for every child and family. If you are looking for a therapist who engages in talk therapy, I would be happy to provide a list of names of other therapist in the community.

Do you include both parents if there is a divorce/separation.

Yes, unless a court ordered document (i.e. parenting plan) names one parent as the sole decision maker for healthcare, I do require that both parents consent to treatment. I do require a copy of the parenting plan before scheduling .
